1. Hizmetin Kapsamı

İlaç Zamanı, kişisel ilaç ve randevu hatırlatması sağlayan bir hatırlatıcı uygulamasıdır.

2. Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama bir tıbbi cihaz, teşhis aracı veya profesyonel tedavi yöntemi değildir ve tıbbi tavsiye vermez. İlaç kullanımı, dozaj ve sağlık kararlarınızda daima doktorunuza danışın.

By using İlaç Zamanı ("App"), developed by Adalet Gürgen, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Scope of Service

İlaç Zamanı is a personal medication and appointment reminder application.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medication, dosage, and health decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

The App offers an optional Premium subscription (monthly or yearly).
Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments and any refunds are subject to Google Play store policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Timely delivery of reminders depends on your device's operating system, notification permissions, and battery settings; we are not liable for consequences arising from missed notifications.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here.
